Where do you check scores??

Whats the best site to view live scores in regards to promptness?


i use yahoo and sportsline but they both lag and sometimes jump back to a previous score..

Donbest is by far the best for non top 25 games. Updates are very regular!!

Yahoo sometimes does play by play for non-top 25 games, but always for top 25 and NBA. They also have some free radio broadcasts. The free ones are the games with a grey Microphone in the corner.

Cbssportsline updates play by play for top 25, and also all NBA. There non-25 games are quite slow depending on the confernce. Ranges between 2-5 minutes between updates.

By using all three you can get very very good updates on all the games.

OH!!! also call 1-800-555-TELL !!!

This place is awesome. Just say "College Basketball" or "NBA" and then say ANY team and they will give you an updated score and information on the team!!!

yeah TELL ME is awesome- my girl always gives me this look whenever im checking scores through my cell phone, she hates the fact that i gamble, maybe cuz i haven't hit it big (yet) and i haven't been able to send her off on a shopping spree. :lolBIG:

Lol, yeah my girl always used to look at me wierd when I was checking scores, but now she likes to do the talking for me. As soon as the girls see the cash flow they dont care how much you gamble anymore!

Get a cell phone or PDA with web access. Then just go to ESPN or sportsline and hit reload over and over. It's fun.

Don't call any 'free' number for scores or picks, they will reverse trace your phone number - if it is a cell you will start to get bombarded by recordings trying to sell you their picks or service, if it is a regular phone, they will mass mail schedules and ads to whatever address the phone is registered to.

I've found www.sportsnetwork.com to be quick and very reliable when it comes to accuracy.

msn.foxsports.com quick on the score, but sparse on the detail. recommended by the general a handful of days ago
