Where can I cash a foreign check from TD Canada Trust in the USA?

I received a paper check from BetDSI from TD Canada Trust and my credit union won't cash it. My other credit union said I can deposit it and it will take up to 9 days before funds available. Is there any company in Texas who will cash it on the spot? Or if you have any advice?

not sure about cashing on the spot. But try TD bank here in the States

They said there isn't any located in Texas and never gave me their usa banks names

yeah, just looked and no TD Banks in Texas

guess they are mainly on the East coast
