When does steve fisher get the axe????

Kerry Collins screwed them over 3 years ago with crap play.
They go winless and put in VY and have a great year. Next year they make the playoffs with VY. The year after they bench him and now KARMA steps in.

I remember people calling for Fisher's head knowing how good of a coach he is. I searched for a thread in the NFL forum and this one popped up.

i think he gets the axe at the end of the year regardless if they make the playoffs. it was THE OWNER who said to start vy, not the coach..so the owner thinks it was him that turned the team around..

Jeff Fisher is one of the best coaches in the NFL. He will not get fired, he may resign and take a break from football for a few years......a la Bill Cowher but he isn't going to get fired. Yes, he stuck with Kerry Collins a few too many games but if they knock off the Colts next week that gets them to 6-6 and a very real possibililty of winning out and finishing 10-6. And you have to ask yourself the question...........who wants to play them right now???? I think it would be great if they won out and went to the playoffs after the 0-6 start.

If the owner did not make Fisher play Young, Collins would still be playing & the Titans would still be losing. Thankfully the owner took controll & told Fisher play Vince Young or else! Young obviouly has matured into a decent qb & has turned the team in the right direction. At 0-6 Fishers job was on the line & should have been, the team is to good to have been 0-6.
