When Does A Third Party Come Onto The Scene?

I'm guessing we are 10 years or less away from the Dems and Repubs get a stiff test from an organized third party. Independents? I don't know what it will be called but boy I can't find a rational argument to support either party at this point. I've become more conservative over the past few years(save for things like abortion) b/c I find the Democrats to be incessant whiners. Enough already, don't complain about Repubs tactics, do the same thing. Win at all costs, just don't bitch about the other guys...
