New to using an online book. When betting the over, do you get credit for a win once the total hits (or shortly thereafter), or do you have to wait for the game to be completed? I would imagine you have to wait for the game to end. Michigan over looks good and was hoping to free up some money for some other action.

If your offshore book offers "rolling" wagers, you can bet a game with those future funds before they officially become available.

I don't think the Greek offers that feature. BetJamaica has it and 5dimes has it for non-reduced juice wagers. I think it's one of the greatest innovations in offshore history.
