I guess some posters believe bettors should be paid when a bettor bets on a bad line that was accidently posted by the book. I believe a bet made on obvious bad line should be canceled, but than again I believe bad rules are made to be broken. Many of you think rule is synonomous for fair. I disagree.

Every place that I've ever played at, the rules were clear that bets on bad lines would be voided. Standard operating procedure everywhere.

So maybe books need to post grading of bets subject to outdated or unfair rules will be voided.

Steak,

I understand. Thanks for the respect. This just came to me. The rule should be based on players intent when making the bet. When I bet T.B. last night my intent was to have my bet graded based on the official score of the game. My intent was to never have my bet graded based on the score of the last completed inning. Rule makers need to factor in players intent when making rules.

Your intent may have been so, but the rains came and washed your intent down the toilet. The books have rules for when such things happen, and Bet Jamaica is just living up to the rules.

Like I said, I had no action on this game, but the books have to follow the contingency plans that were set up beforehand. They are bound by the rules. That's what makes them a good book. Seriously, they lost money making this decision. But it was the only option they had.

I understand it won't help now. I'm just asking that the rule makers use a little common sense and fairness when making rules. Gearing the rules towards players intent would be fair and also show common sense. What happened last night was totally unfair due to a bad rule. Rule needs to be changed for regular season also, because when a player makes a bet our intentions are to have the bet graded based on the final score of the game. Always try and please the customor, please value our intentions.

You are a fuc'n moron. My intent was to have my bet graded based on the final score. I will not bet another baseball game based on this principle. Which is very good for me, because I'm a loser you moron!
