It would be great to find one to take some of the labor out of the equation but I've yet to ever find one. Not that I've tried very many. It seems like their top plays are probably disguised as their free picks anyways. At least if I were a paid capper I would put my best plays as my free plays and say they were just a low level play of mine to attract customers then say how much better my paid plays are to attract buisness. I do most of my own handicapping but it would be great to find any shortcuts. Any thoughts?

Just consider that if the pay capper wanted to enhance his earnings via the pay route, all he actually has to do is increase wager $$ on his own great picks rather than go through the hassle of membership.
He doesn't do that because he doesn't trust his results and instead uses your money to cover his bad days. Of course, the next "reason" for selling picks is benevolence. That one is ridiculous enough so that it doesn't have to be knocked down.
There are no short cuts and the results are on a bell curve...some guys are still referring to their great year in 2017...an outlier rather than an expectation.
Read the forums, pick a few posters to read and follow and blend it with your own thoughts. And don't waste money on paying for picks.

? agree 100%....

Don't buy their picks put that money on your play... No such thing as inside info with all the information available to you on the web. Find someone here as said to follow. I got total on tonight's game 6 point under bumped up to 52

good idea winning or losing with your own capping.. Good Luck ?

NEVER pay for picks.
One more piece of advice - NEVER, NEVER pay for picks.

If you can't handicap your own games then find someone to tail, but don't look for a winner. Play the percentages:

1) The majority of sports bettors lose. Estimates have it as high as 95-98% of bettors (except on the internet of course, where everybody's a "winner".)

2) The majority of forum visitors look for a winner to tail.

See the disconnect between the two?

People are looking for the needle in the haystack rather than the easier find - a loser worth fading.

A losing bettor is much easier to find.

Best bet is to fade Brandon Lang or Vegas Dave if you see their games posted. If you're ever going to even consider buying someone's picks make sure they are monitored or post every single game for 3 plus years and can hit 54% or higher or you're wasting your time.

They have good runs and bad runs, just like the rest of us

They do not have inside information

Make your own picks, keeping it fun. Do not think you're going to make this a job, just have fun

It's all about the fun

The only thing that hurts more than losing on your own picks is losing on picks that you paid for.

these are all very true. to be honest i would pay for northernice canadian football picks if i ever found them. that guys smoked back in the late 90s on this site. ive never seen anyone like or close to that guys picks along with his write ups and reasoning for his picks. i dabbled with a couple pay pick guys whos free picks i followed and tracked for a while. i came to the conclusion that their free picks are their top plays to lure in their customers.
