back in 1998 (when offshore betting was relatively unknown) i hooked up with a local who went out of the newspaper for his lines. i lost about $800 during the entire football season. when i met him to pay him after the superbowl, i asked if he would do basketball the same way. he said "sure" (he was very lazy...i never even talked to him, just got a chicago tribune and called his voicemail to leave the bets).

well, as you can imagine, i absolutely killed him. i would wait until 5 minutes before tip, call the offshore book and get a run down of the lines. then i would check the paper and bang every line that was off by more than 2 points. i bet $500/game and went like 25-7 over a three week period. he called me up and told me he was done taking my action. i met him at the mall to settle up. he handed me an envelope with 9 dimes in it. then, we went to hooters and i bought him a beer and chicken wings.

that was sweet.

Let me try and answer for fish....the most you have held IN YOUR HANDS is 200K mostly in 20s. That means if they were 3/4 20s and the rest 100s, you were holding 8000 bills at once. Thats a lot of cash to fit into 10 fingers!!!!

Ok, That is a good question it actually came in a box via fed ex. Unfortunatly it was not all mine though. Just a piece. I never was able to find out why #97 was such a fan of 20 dollar bills, JR if you are reading this go ahead and fill me in will ya?
