I would go with Western Union as well...not to sound like an asshole but kind of judge the person behind the counter to make sure they are compitant because it is a pain in the ass if they mess up your transaction
I still say the all access Visa card is still the easiest and fastest and cheapest. In the same five minutes you are sending out a WU, you can do the same thing with all access at the same WU joint.
