What's on the Menu for 4th of July ?

The usually BBQ .... Ribs, Hot Dogs, hamburgers and Sweet Sausage
with all the sides ...

Going to have 10 Different Beers, as we worked out a plan where each couple brings a different brand

Friend spent like $9K on Fireworks ... should be a Blast !

Johnsonville brats boiled in miller high life , butter, and yellow onion then on the grill ! Gonna drink some Canadian beer tonight for Canada Day.
Costco run to load up for the weekend that will include some steaks of some kind.

Stick with the chicken but this holiday is made to cheat on the diet. Enjoy !

Do Bbq every which way on Mem, 4th and Labor Day for years and years. Switching it up and doing a big fish fry with all the trimmings

Fish and hush puppies if we can catch a mess Sunday.

Dogs and Burgers for the kids...and maybe all of us if Shorty and I don't catch some fish.

Love the idea mentioned above of everyone bringing different beer...might try that.

always hard to start a diet around the holiday's

You are allowed a cheat day once a week ... yes you should wait after 3-4 weeks ... but you could pick one day out of the three ....

Want a Hot Dog ? not going to say no Bun ... but instead of having 2 Hot Dogs with Buns ... put the 2 hot Dogs on ONE bun.
Same thing with a Hamburger ... or better yet .. try a hamburger with 2 pieces of lettuce ( used as a Bun )

we are letting the women plan the meals..
