What was your favorite thread on theRX for 2004?

As the year comes to an end I think of the many great cappers here at theRX and all the useful things I've learned this year (well, since I became a regular in August). The most helpful thread I read this year had to do with scalping.

One that comes to mind is the guy from Boston (I Think) that got his lawnmower stolen while he was inside posting ...etc... man that whole story was hilarious, neighbor saw they guy park take the guy's mower and leave..etc...

The amount of money was actually the least interesting, as guys here in Asia win much bigger amounts on a single bet with the same bookie.

It was simply fascinating to read how he had the guts to literally open accounts with every possible book, the books took the bets, then lost and many started crying! I loved it, absolutely loved it! Very informative thread in regards to which books pay and how they pay. Also interesting to read how some posters still do not understand how gambling works and how jealous they can be!

Did Beantown jim get banned again?..he was back posting a few months ago and I havent seen anthing from him since...he was always entertaining, but went over the edge multiple times

Yeah, jim was banned for his racial referances. It is a shame cause I like him. He has been one of the funniest posters I ever ran across.

to be honest with you..although he was entertaining, my pet peeve is when posters on this site go way off topic and post about non sportsbook related issues..i visit this site to gauge the industy and things happening in the gambling world and some of his posts as are others were just way off topic and completely absurd
