For me it is bicycling. I bought a 21 speed hybrid last year and started riding about 5 miles. Now I do 15 to 25 miles a couple of times a week along with fuckin around with weights.
But the cycling gives me a shit load of energy after and puts spring in my legs like I was 20 years old.
The only thing it made my legs skinnier.So I tried leg presses and squats to build my legs back up but the lactic acid makes my legs burn while cycling.
Any pro's out there with any advice or comments?
