What type of exercise makes you feel the best??

For me it is bicycling. I bought a 21 speed hybrid last year and started riding about 5 miles. Now I do 15 to 25 miles a couple of times a week along with fuckin around with weights.
But the cycling gives me a shit load of energy after and puts spring in my legs like I was 20 years old.
The only thing it made my legs skinnier.So I tried leg presses and squats to build my legs back up but the lactic acid makes my legs burn while cycling.
Any pro's out there with any advice or comments?

I would have to say lifting weights (dumbells) . Feel Like I could lift a car afterward, plus it TOTALLY relaxes me the rest of the day and makes me feel like I did somethin good for my body. Hardest part is getting started. 2nd place is a brisk walk and stretching . Of course I would always trade them in 4 a romp in the hay ; ):hump:

I use to cycle about 5-15 miles 4-5 days a week, since the business, it has been nill.

things are improving, and I soon will be at it again, LOVE riding!

I jog about 6 miles a week (2x) and play hoops 2x per week - I've been doing 100 dips, 50 pull ups and 100 push ups 2x per week (I just started this rather than weights) - I'm going to start abs next.

Whatever good I do for my body makes me feel good, jogging is the best.

When I was a kid cycling was my favorite activity...Well, I aged. I am pretty sure cycling does NOT belong in this forum. The truth is, this activity decrease your health with bone loss being the main concern and impotence following it.

That's a very interesting article on cycling. It's amazing how often it gets discovered that doing something regularly that humans haven't done much in the last 10,000 years is bad for you.

Best pure exercise is swimming. Easy on the joints and you sweat like hell but do not realize it.

Look at swimmers bodies. Only would need to add a little leg and bicep lifting.

LOL yeah remember its the mailmen like me that deliever that check to you. I guess I would have to say walking cause I walk around 3-4 miles a day and I get paid for it!
