What sportsbook puts lines out the fastest?

I know Pinnacle is real good about getting all lines out early the previous day for baseball, and Millenium puts the footbal lines out early on Sunday night but who else is as fast? This is important to me. Reduced juice would be nice also...bonuses of less importance.

for example next weeks NFL will be up even before the sunday night game is over...
