Sure

You sign up at www.prepaidatm.com. It does require a SSN number. You then get an account number and fund it via bank account or western union. You can use the quick collect as a funding method.

I have used the card at Carib, free deposits and free payouts. You should get a card in a couple weeks that can be used at any ATM machine. I think they charge like 1.5 % fee per withdrawl transaction.

Do they still allow western union quick collect to fund accounts ? They used to, but then they stopped. Not sure if they have gone back to it or not.

1.5 % fees on transfers, but most books pay the transfer fees both in and out.

When you withdraw money at an ATM, it costs $2.00 plus whatever the bank owning the ATM machine charges. YOu are allowed $500 a day withdraws through the ATM. It took me about 2 weeks to recieve the card after I made my initial transaction. I dont think they send the cards out until you make a transaction on it.

You have to go thru a service call www.onlinebillpayer.com. That it where you western union the funds than transfer it to prepaid. Their site has instructions.

Codeworks and Dannymay,

BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH PPATM. It is owned and operated by super scam artist/thief Al Ross. He slow pays at every corner and would steal the money to line his pockets in a heartbeat. You can bet your personal information is getting sold, your name and emails put on lists and being sent to touts, sportsbooks, casinos, etc.... Not to mention his son muredered some girl and daddy's money got him off the hook by working the system. I am pretty sure that 5dimes, Sportbet, Ibet, Getabet and pretty much anybody else in those buildings have severed all relations with Mr. Ross and PPATM. They were tired of being robbed from what I hear. It is only a matter of time before these other shops get fed up with being slow paid and stop using PPATM.

Blockbuster cards will definately be worth more than PPATM cards when Al Ross steals all your $$.
