Is it juice or gambler's emotions? I'll go with emotions. Or is it something else?

Uninformed, unprepared, impatient gamblers who prefer action to winning.

1. 11/10..Vig

2. Action Junkies..Volume Betting

3. Greed..Poor Judgment

4. Wandering off into the woods..away from strengths at varying junctures of a year..let's Reason #1, #2, and #3 have their way with a bettor.

5. Sendouts..industry propaganda to kill the followers and line drift crowd..mob, some syndicates, big line services, and the largest sportsbook owners to shake non-originators(the followers and the public)..an industry must that cripples the weak-minded.

6. The above's grind when coupled to Alcohol, Age, lack of fitness requirements, and/or drug use..all have made for burnouts, be it the best cardplayers, wiseguys, BMs,etc..most have never known.

The same things kill most pros and civilians alike..only at differering rates of speed.

The juice...like the Chinese water torture...drip, drip, drip...

If there were no juice, people could be greedy, have bad money managment, be alcoholics, be compulsive gamblers, etc. and it wouldn't do the books any good.

The biggest advantage is the fact that people don't realize that ATS records are always going to be around 50% in the long run.

So if a team is 2-15 ATS, that doesn't mean you should go heavy against them, it means the opposite.

If a team starts off 7-0 ATS in football, the 8th game is going to have an inflated line with heavy value on the dog ... but when someone needs a "sure thing", he will play the team that has gone 7-0 ATS - and he will play it big.

That is where they go downhill, because you start chasing and when you start chasing, you RARELY play dogs because teams are dogs for a reason - because they haven't covered in the past - and it is hard to play a team that has consistantly not covered.

Simple statement here, but all so true.

Seen this firsthand for years.

In my opinion it's Line Movement-Setting the worst or toughest number to beat.
