I was never a big bacon and eggs man but after renting "Supersize me" my perspective is a little different and not for the better. Holy $hit! That guy was lucky to get out alive. I wholeheartedly recommend that film.

Keeping on topic I like to have 2-3 pieces of dry toast with a glass of orange or cranberry juice. Of course, the bread is homemade that way I know what's in it. Occasionally, I'll have some oatmeal with a little brown sugar in it or one of those new Snickers marathon bars.

Two eggs pouched on dry rye with a slice of turkey grilled with pepper, juice and a glass of milk or a bowl of Cheerios with a glass of juice

You start the morning with a bacon egg and cheese omelette with alittle go juice.

Then a canole to add a little sweets with more go juice.

Then while your out on the road a quick duck into McDs for Pancakes and sasuage. more go juice.

Hit the head to give yourself a little room while your there.

If you come upon the waffle house, duck in for two eggs over easy, bacon, toast and grits (cream of wheat for the northern guys not really grits but whatever).

Once you do this for about 8 years straight enjoy the bypass surgery....

Then....

Stick to raisn bran w/skim milk. your heart will thank you.

Peace.

Brand new here bro! (Looooong time lurker though).....

Just havin a little fun.

Seriously, I went on this rasin bran skim milk for breakfast and a vegie plate for lunch and anything (and I do mean anything) for dinner beer included and I lost 40+ pounds and got my cholesterol under 200.... It's like slim fast without the slim fast.

Let me tell ya I have to make myself eat the raisnbran in the moning (BORING BORING BORING) but it keeps me off the routine i described in my first post. the bran keeps me tied over just long enough to get me to lunch!

Bran is good...

No doubt, habits are tough to break too...For me its not about weight loss, as much as what I fear down the road...

Know what you mean.... Scarry stuff....

Man check this out, not sure if they have Hardees where you are, but they have this breakfast bowl.... Scrambled Eggs, Susage Patty, Biscuit and Gravey all in a bowl. Throw some hash browns in there, mix it all up and man you have a mini feast!

That's why I gotta make myself eat the rais'n bran and skim milk... I'm a dead man walking with my eats....

I don't want to loose too much more though got a baby girl on d way.. I'm 6-4 255 (down from 295+) I think the imposing figure will keep the young fellas in check... If that don't work my two young men Clemenzas will!

Peace. Gotta run for now....
