Week 7, almost 3 months ago has what to do with this week? If you think it matters, as you must since you asked, KC had several big plays as they're prone to do. Has no bearing on anything as what happened last week doesn't either

Of course there's bearing. Not as much as the past month but to say there is no bearing is ridiculous. That is the only very good team they played this season. Don't be so smug.

I'd like to know why they couldn't stop Kansas City. Were there guys out to injury? Or did they just get smacked around? Who has an explanation?

Great defenses don't allow 44 points.

Its not rediculous. In all due respect you're wrong that a game from 3 months has bearing on this week. I've mentioned several times what happened a week before a "game" doesn't either and I've been correct each time. That game your referring to was a 1 pt game at the half. KC had some big plays in the 2/H as their prone to do.

In week 10 Philadelphia gave up 32 points to Washington. What happened lol. Does it really matter? No.

As I've also said several times people look for reasons not to wager a team instead of reasons to wager a team.

To each their own.

If you have nothing to contribute, just shut your yapper. I really don't care whether you think the game matters or not. I CARE. And my record of handicapping on this board is far superior to yours. All my plays are documented here week by week. Are yours?

I can see that KCy had a couple of big plays by looking at the box score. Your assessment of the game is useless.

Maybe someone else has something to contribute. You have nothing.

Far superior? Lol. Ok sir. I've lost 1 wager the last 6 weeks of the regular season including 8-0-1 in my largest wagers this season and am 3-0 in the playoffs but you do your thing. Sometimes if you listen you may actually learn something. Your posts i will no longer read or comment on. GL to you.

You lost one game in the last six weeks? OK. Sure. Very credible. Where were your plays for the last six weeks posted before the games? Because that kind of success rate could really benefit the board. Maybe then your handicapping opinions would carry some gravitas. Until then popcorn and your opinions unrelated to the question are cheap.

But you are welcome to participate in any discussions I have around here when your answer(s) pertain to the question asked. Don't ty to undercut the question by airing your foolish opinion that the question is irrelevant. If I thought it was irrelevant I would not have asked it.

If you can't answer it with some modicum of insight you should simply not answer. Capisc?

Here's my playoff thread for your viewing pleasure. 3-0.

Thread '2023 NFL Post-Season' https://www.therx.com/threads/2023-nfl-post-season.1229679/

As far as the regular season feel free to search for it. I'm not posting it all as I've used more than one thread. I haven't posted all plays I've wagered. Sometimes I don't have the time. People who follow or have followed know how I've done this season. I definately don't post or wager on 10 games a week on average and barely finish the season in the black or have a losing playoff record such as yourself. BTW I'm not here for the accolades.

As I said sometimes its better to listen. Goodbye and GL to you.

Here's what you need to listen to.

I asked a question which you had no answer for yet you've wasted my time and yours on crap completely cluttering up the thread.

I'm still waiting for anyone to answer my question.

Actually the real quesion would be what happened against the Raiders lol
They have a very good defense but it isn't elite
But even the 1985 Bears and 2000 Ravens had a game they gave up 35 or more

Gave up 40 recently to the Cowboys

Pretty sure Niners just gave up 12

@exploited17 @Avocado33 and with what you both stated SF, CIN and PHI, all who have given up 30-40+ points in a game this season, weeks if not months ago, are still one of the four teams left. Which goes to my point.... What happened in the KC/SF game 3 months ago has NO BEARING on this weeks games lol. But, as long as the author of the thread gets the answer he's looking for the thread will continue with 50 different opinions. Here's an answer and I already gave it to you sir. IT DOES NOT MATTER SO WHY ASK THE QUESTION 😆.

For anyone to point to one game, as some sort of proof, while ignoring other games is ridiculous

SF was pretty beat up at the time and had a bunch of starters out when played KC.And they were playing with a weaker QB.LOL For what ever its worth Purdy has played 2 NFL road games.Seattle won pretty easily, LV and scraped by in OT.By far his toughest test in Philly.I did not fact check this but at Iowa St. Purdy 19-4 SU at Home, 11-12 SU on the road, 2-8 SU against ranked opponents, EAGLES seem like a ranked opponent.Great O line, lead NFL in sacks with 70, great corners and run the ball well. And real good offensively on 3rd and 4th and short.Won t see philly to often on 3rd and 1 or 4th in 1 in shot gun with an empty backfield. Sunday in that spot Dallas 2nd and 2 in the redzone in shotgun with an empty backfield, Prescott throws pick into double coverage.Someone a lot smarter than me needs to explain why you would have no back in backfield.Makes LBs read a lot easier if you ask me.Probably going to throw, unfortunately for cowboy backers to the wrong team.Sorry about off on tangent.

Overall I think what a few people have said, its one game and really does not matter. But I would say with protection and philly does have a great offensive line, SF s corners can be exploited. Secondary got shredded in that game against KC, but if I recall they were missing a few guys in secondary. Most teams cannot take advantage, because SF gets real good QB pressure.SF typically had problems with Russell wilson a mobile QB, I would put Hurts in the same category and am thinking he can be a problem for SFs D line.

He’s normally a pretty solid game picker/fun dude to chat with, but yeah didn’t know where he was going with this one

I have the answer, if I may?
everybody on the field in a uniform is a highly qualified and very athletic paid professional in the top 1% in the nation at what they do.
everyone is essentially as good as everyone else or they wouldn't be there.
sometimes players have good days and sometimes bad days.
it doesnt pay to "roll the ball around" too much.
