Kerry talks to Putin's stooge Lavrov as if Russia's goals are aligned with ours. Putin is a power hungry murderous dictator who spreads chaos to further his power. He has no interest in peace or stability. You can only stop a bully by confronting him and lettng him know the consequences of continuing his behavior. When it comes to confrontation, the Obama administration always takes a backward step. At least Hillary will have a Reset Button come January [rolleyes].
