Ideally I would like to eat a couple servings of Total cereal, however I seem to get bored with it and end up eating whatever I can find...

Some good healthy breakfast ideas appreciated?

:monsters- I'm hungry

Damn Fishhead... you must read Men's Health magazine and i bet you do. Those are one of the best foods you can eat in the morning or during the day.

I just eat 4 eggs and drink some juice. Or cerial with milk and raisins. It all depends what i feel like eating in the morning. Bannana is a must.

I like to eat granola with either soy milk or carb-control low-fat yogurt (tastes better than it sounds). Then I slice a banana or put some other fruit in there like blueberries.

I make this a lot -

I start with a soup bowl, the kind with a handle. It's like 4 inches across at top maybe?

I crack 1 egg in it. and scramble it. I microwave that for 2 minutes, while I'm toasting 2 slices of peppredge farm 7 grain light style bread.

when the egg is done cooking it makes the perfect sized circular egg just like an egg mcmuffin. and pops right out.

I'll take that, put it together with a piece of 2% cheese and presto. an egg and cheese sandwich in 2 minutes.

theres many variations you can try with the bread and cheese or sometimes I'll jazz it up with hot sauce or spicy mustard

I like convience and speed. I really dont like to spend lots of time cooking, especially in the morning.

i know this is an old topic, but i heard it is healthy to, and can help you lose weight if you drink a glass of milk with a healthy breakfast each day.

is there any merit to that?
