Since I’m new here, I’m trying to learn from others instead of making all the mistakes myself.
Looking back, what’s something you wish you knew earlier — bankroll stuff, strategy, mindset, anything?

Would be helpful for new bettors like me.

honestly, that “fun money” disappears way faster than you think. setting limits before you start saves a lot of stress later.

definitely start with a bankroll plan and stick to it
don’t chase losses and be patient with your bets
small consistent wins add up way faster than trying to hit big every time

One thing I wish I knew earlier: discipline beats talent.

Manage your bankroll strictly, don’t bet out of boredom, ignore “locks,” and accept losing streaks as part of the game. Track everything and never chase losses. Staying patient matters more than picking winners.

so true discipline beats talent every time
if you don’t manage your bankroll the picks don’t matter
no boredom bets no chasing no trusting locks
losing streaks happen just stay patient and stick to the plan

There is NO WAY to win my friend. TRUST what I say. A very small % make money gambling on any consistent basis. And pretty much a full-time job for those that win!

agree with you most people don’t realize that almost everyone loses long term and the few that win treat it like a full time grind not a hobby patience and discipline matter way more than most think
