The slate this week looks pretty real. I'll start off with the least of them because I like it a lot.

It's time for the Beavers to chalk up their second conference win vs a team they should beat 9/10 times.
From what I can see, Arizona is the basement dweller of the Pac. Beavers in Corvallis play a good game.
They've been on the improve most of the 2nd half of the season and see this game as an opportunity.
To the Wildcats, the season can't end soon enough.

OR St. -6½/AZ

Here's the rest of them for the time being. Discussion to follow.

USC -10½/UCLA
Utah -12/Oregon
(guaranteed to get ugly)
Sanford -10½/CAL

As of now leans or autoplays...

Colorado -4/WSU (the Coogs don't need this one. The Apple Cup
will decide the north champ regardless)
ASU +27/UDub (scheduling sandwich situation for the Devils...
for UDub, this game falls between USC and WSU)

And also... ASU defends the run. #3 in the Pac and #25 nationally.

That's because their passing defense is a sivv. I'll play UW in the first half just because ASU has the potential for a back door. Plus Coach Pete is good bouncing back from losses (realize that limited because BSU did not lose much).

ASU might have shot their load last week against Utah and may not show up for this one with UoA on deck. They will need that game to get their 6th win

Huskies Final Four Dream likely went up in smoke when the Men of Troy throttled them. Sun Devils allowing 41 ppg on the road. Peterson can use the 'revenge card' from last two series loses to aid the Dawgs' motivation.

More Oregon ugliness...

EUGENE, Ore. -- The Oregon Ducks say they are aware of an off-field incident involving receiver
Darren Carrington and are handling it internally. Offensive coordinator Matt Lubick told reporters
after practice Wednesday that the Oct. 30 incident is being handled internally. He did not comment
further.

The Oregonian reported that Carrington has been accused of pushing a former student near campus
after the Ducks' game against Arizona State. The former student was injured. Eugene police spokes-
woman Melinda McLaughlin could not confirm an investigation into the matter. She told ESPN the
department has no arrests or citations involving Carrington.

Carrington, a junior, has caught 35 passes for 493 yards and three touchdowns this season.

You got the line I wish I had on USC. Waited too long. I'm having a hard time seeing how UCLA will score, and even think their QB coughs it up 2-3 times. Their running success vs. the Beavs didn't impress me due to the OSU LB injuries and their Shi**y DL. UCLA also looked completely undisciplined @ Colorado with all of the penalties. But…UCLA will play this like a bowl game since they probably aren't going. I still might jump on USC at 13.

What I don't like is that ASU O line is horrendous. They allowed a high 9 sacks last week and now have to face the front 7 of Washington after a loss. I honestly think Was covers this regardless of the sandwich after that loss last week.

I can see an ASU backdoor cover here.. Ive watched their games go over the last 3-4 weeks, as they have a horrible defense ( pass D) and end up getting late TD's against the back ups.. I can see UDub up 42-14/17, and ASU get 1-2 late TD's for a cover. Im playing the over on this one.
BOL on your wagers this weekend.

Conan-- good luck as always brother. Some inside info in regards to Oregon: I have a very good friend that goes to Oregon and follows the football team closely. He has class with several scout teamers and redshirt guys. Anyway the attitude of the team at this point is one of defiance. Apparantly several guys have "mentally" checked out. Things have spiraled out of control bc the coaching staff has promoted a country club atmosphere.

The same thing happened with Hoke at Michigan. Lots of anonymous quotes came out of the Michigan program after Harbaugh's first season from athletes that couldn't believe the difference in the intensity level and competitiveness between the two staffs. Even this year, Michigan players have commented on how much better they are bc of Harbaugh.

My point here is ive seen this before and I can tell you that your play on Utah is dead on. At the first sign of adversity, Oregon's defense will fold, and it will get ugly. I'm expecting a 59-24 type game. Good luck as always dude.

I honestly don't even think Oregon will win the civil war this year.

This is the zodiac speaking.

Think the entire PAC-12 would love to take a shot at Oregon after all the years of getting "quacked" on by the Ducks.

Thanks Conan for your plays - it offsets my damn losses on other games (i.e. MAC) - have biggest play on Utah but its less than what most you guys make on a straight play - but all relative to your income- anyway enough blabbing and best of luck to our plays that Conan handicapped for us!! Thanks for everything you do.

Of course, Conan is Da' Man, who knows West Coast College Football like a Maven! San Diego State is 17-0 SU/15-2 ATS in their last 17 Mountain West conference games. Weather will be reasonable, expecting partly cloudy weather about 50 degrees feeling like 40 account of winds 14 mph.

Arizona State is on an incredible 10-0 SU/ATS run vs Washington. Washington is also 0-10 ATS run after facing USC.

Oregon State has covered all three of their *HOME* conference games; Arizona is 1-9 ATS; Arizona has 6 loses by 21-points

If history repeats itself Conan will have nailed all three of these puppies.

Happy wagering gents.

However despite their c;ose proximity the home team, UCLA in this case 14-5 ATS in the last 19 USC / UCLA games.

If history repeats itself Conan will have nailed at least three of these puppies. I like USC to cover as per 'taling' Conan.

Happy wagering gents.

Line has gone out to +6.5, so it looks like smart money is on the Buffalo's.

However, I think WSU will want to win out.

Tough ask but Colorado [10] Washington [6] and USC [13] plus win over ranked Stanford with 9/0 PC12 and conference champion should get them close to playoffs.

Don't see Leach going to sleep on this one. Opportunities like this don't come along that often.
