Oh boy, the party is on. Had some extra time to study these games this weekend. Came up with a lot of plays. But I feel that all these picks are substantiated. Use them or abuse them.
NEn / Buff Under 42' -103
This New England D hasn't given up an offensive TD in their last four games. That includes the Super Bowl. They are 10-4 in the Division to the under since 2017. Their job today will be to stop Josh Allen from running wild. Not a very tough assignment for a Bill B Defense. The Pats shoud be limited scoring as well. The Bills have a sneaky good secondary. New England is best at 53% Defensive completion percentage. Buffalo is 7th at 61%. Buffalo has allowed a three game total of 3 passing TDs. THe New England blocking scheme has been severely weakened by the loss of All Pro center, David Andrews, 2017 1st rd draft pick, Let Tackle, Isaiah Wynn, and underrated battering ram, James Devlin. Last year's Playoff stud, Sonny Michel is averaging less than 3 yds per carry. That kinda sums up the O-line problems right there. Points will be hard to come by today in Buffalo.
New England -7' +117 (@ Buffalo)
Did I scare you away frombetting New England with the above writeup? Good. Virtually every time you doubt New England they cover. Yep. They'll do it again.
Carolina +5 -105 (@ Hou)
THere's anew QB in town. He beat New Orleans 33-14 as a 7' point dog in Week 17 last year. And beat Arizona 38-20 this year as a 2' point dog. Looks like the betting world has yet to catch up to Kyle Allen.
Balty -6' -110 (vs Clev)
Last year the Ravens came within 3 points of losing both games to Cleveland. Cleveland was soaring like a brown bullet last year. This year they're playing like the brown stuff at the very bottom of an outhouse. Baltimore is gonna snap back from a tough loss to Kansas City and bury their Div rival.
Oakland +6' -109 (@ Indy)
THose race car drivers from Indianapolis are gonna be peeking ahead to the speed racers from Kansas City coming to town next week. C'mon Gruden, Antonio Brown was just one of 53 players. It's your job to get the other 52 to play their asses off, not to lament the loss of an ass.
Atlanta -3' +103 (vs Tenny)
Matt Ryan has 6 interceptions in 3 games this year. He had 7 all of last year. He's got a soft opponent this week in the Dome, 1-2 Titties. Time to right the ship, Matty Ice, or watch your season melt away in Game 4.
Washington +3 -100 (@ NYG)
The New York Giants have spent the week thinking we bad after their comeback from a 28-10 deficit in Tampa with their new QB behind center. While 0-3 Washington knows that they are in the Battle of the Bottom. Next week the Skins get to host New England. Case Keenum better find a way to shred that porous Giant secondary or it's gonna be an 0-5 start for the Washingtonians.
Chicago -1' +102 (vs Minny)
Mitch Trubisky sucks. Oh yea. He was 7-1 SU and ATS at home last year. His only loss was to, guess who, Super Bowl Champs, New England, 31-38. He beat and covered against Minny both matchups last year. What's changed?
Jacksonville +2' +106 (@ DEnv)
Jacksonville is finding their groove with Munchin' Cashews leading the way (5 TDs; 1 int). THis ain't the John Elway led Broncos. Jacksonville is a much better team. Let's see if they can go into that thin air and prove it. DEnver is only 3-6 SU at home this year and last.
