If you like UGa you can probably wait until later in the week since their starting QB is out this line is probably going to go up atleast 3 points.

NWestern may be a SU candidate as well. I don't think UM will be able to slow down their offense at all.

Both Nebraska and OU are horrible teams. Probably lean your way though unless AD comes back healthy for OU.

Dawgs overated to begin with and with QB out.Dawgs defense will be so tired in the 3rd and 4th from being on the field all day after all the 3 and outs, they will get pounded late.Fla covers 5 easy.

I don't expect the UGA line to rise this week. Oddmakers overreacted to Shockley injury, and line will likely drop as bettors realize this.

I have to disagree.

As a Gator fan who avidly follows the team I have to ask you; have you been watching THIS UF team this year? The offense is HORRIBLE! UF punted 11 times at LSU, got 5 turnovers (to ZERO!), and lost the time of possession!!

UGA's backup QB is inexperiences. BUT, Richt was at FSU when "The Rooster" Marcus Outzen was forced to play against UF and they won (in a pretty big upset) in 1998.

Until Urban Meyer shows that UF can SCORE I have a hard time believing that UF will beat any top 10 team....much less by 6 points!

Remember: You must be able to score AT LEAST six points to cover a 5.5 point spread!!!!

CB, can't argue that your boys are struggling on offense. But Richt was the OC at FSU in 1998, and FSU's offense, even with Outzen, was complete garbage. Had it not been for UF's inept offense (against a 3-man front) they likely would've faced Tennessee for a rematch in the Fiesta Bowl. One other thing to note, Outzen was more of a scrambler than the drop-back passer that went down...you, know, that 45-year old man Chris Weinke. ;)

In the case of DJ going down, it's more of the opposite.

But basically, I'm just getting at the idea that it wasn't Richt's offense that stumped the Gators.

In any case, I find it interesting that this line has actually progressed the other way. I see Florida winning it, but not sure I'd give the points away. Florida's had basically two weeks to work on problems exposed by LSU. Georgia has one week to get over the fact that they don't have DJ. Add to it the fact that Georgia doesn't need this win nearly as bad as Florida does (in terms of Conference race), and, well, the line looks pretty good, IMO.

Should be a fantastic ball game.
