Agree with all 3. I have to put my Cowboys in there at -7.5, I means yes, the bears are horrific but my boys in no way shape or form should be favored by 7.5 vs anyone. No pass rush yet and u can't sleep on royal and Jeffries. Cowboys -4.5 yes agreed. Not 7.5.
Jeffery will be a mismatch, but thats about it imo: Their oline has been horrific, Cutler didnt have any time and last time Hoyer was pressured that hard, he got benched in HOU because he was turning the ball over left and right. Langford continues to be subpar, pretty much anywhere else he would be benched with his YPC or be limited to short yardage/goalline work. Backup Carey got injured vs PHI, but Howard might be their best RB anyways. White has been a disappointment, so not sure how bad the DAL defense will look: Hoyer and that offense will be the worst offense they have faced so far and they will have the crowd noise on their side.
But what looks really bad on paper for the Bears is their defensive matchup: NT Goldham is out and they lose their two best LBs Trevathian & Houston. Thats pretty much the whole core of their run defense vs a Cowboys team that, even though they have struggled so far, can pound it with their offensive line and Elliott/Morris. Add in the loss of their best Edge Rusher (McPhee), their supposed top CB Fuller and possibly two more players from their secondary (Safety Amos & Slot CB Callahan, who both suffered concussions), that defense is in shambles. And Dez is 6´2 220lbs, so thats another mismatch if he goes up vs Porter who is 5´11 and 200lbs. So a line of -7 appears rather low to me, esp. since I expect Elliott to focus on ball security, Dak has been very controlled and Hoyer without great protection tends to throw his fair share of interceptions. Last but not least DAL has arguably the best kicker in the NFL, while the Bears kicker has already had his own problems of converting kicks.
