yes, but what if Stanford wins by 19? All those people with Stanford -15.5--18.5 win, 19 push, and the folks with 19.5+ win too.. Books made a huge mistake with this one, I'm not sure what the ratio of money is but when a line moves like this the books are put in a bad position usually.
