Seeing it say SF 2-0 last 2, they lost SU to Raiders, am I missing something?(Even using the numbers, SU loss--wouldn't it make SF 1-1?

"The 2-0 ats last 2" does not have any meaning at all to the team of SF.
It means that by GAME's team rating chart, which he was not able to post, differences between SEA and SF lends itself to an ats situation which has gone 2-0 the last two. I know this is difficult to explain without the benefit of his chart, but that is what it means. And without GAME posting the numbers, it is impossible for any of us to illustrate the derivation.
