Carr was a ROOKIE last year and started every game. Look at him now, one of the top YOUNG QBS in the league. For where he is in his career, he's been just fine.
They weren't going to make the playoffs, talking playoffs after 6 games is silly in this league. They have some nice building blocks, are out of salary cap hell, and have had some very good drafts. Bright future if they continue to manage the cap and sign some quality FAs and continue with solid drafting.
Everyone gave Reggie McKenzie grief early, but he was dealt a hand nobody could win with. He's done a very good job getting the cap straightened out, and as mentioned drafting well.
