She refused and stated that thanks to Obama, she doesn’t need to do what a cop says.
That’s when she started rolling up her window on the officer’s fingers at which point the officer shattered the window by pulling on it alone and arrested her.

but damn, WTF is she thinking? a classic case of somebody creating a problem didn't have

very much like a few other high profile cases, just the consequences weren't nearly as bad

He lost his rights when he didnt roll the window down....The cops were assholes for letting the dog scratch his car up though...This kid was looking for it & there was more than what was shown on this video..

The cops didn't "let" the dog scratch his car, they directed the dog to do so. Also, when asked if an answer was required, the cop lied and said "Yes it is." Not surprising that the only person in the entire country who has never heard of the right to remain silent has a job as a cop

What it boils down to is you hold your card up & dont talk & Ill be respectful & roll the window down & hand the cop my licence...Ive been pulled over several times & most of the time I get a thank you sir have a good day be safe out there & got warnings instead of tickets...As for DUI checkpoints...In Ohio they publish & put on TV where the checkpoints are located days & times so you could avoid them altogether...
