Real simple.... USC has has not typically sparkled against decent defenses especially on the road (one exception)... VT could have got them but the game kind of turned over on that offensive interference.... Standford scared them as did Cal... all of which possess low point per game yields... Washington State has a decent ppg yield and have shown spots where they have played fairly well defensively.... with these long odds if the Wash St defense could knock the ball loose once early and get the mo their way I really do not think it is that rediculous to think they could content in this game.... I realize probably not, but I really do think USC has shown some cracks in the wall here and there... I also like the fact the WS is coming off a tougher opp... I think Org State is under-rated as well as the fact that USC's last two out have been cake walks.... like I said probably not, but I have to say to me it looks more probable that Mississippi State over Florida.
