Too many complaints to ignore with reputable people backing up these stories of multiple slow pays. Please proceed with extreme caution while this scenario plays out. Anyone want to share their experiences here good or bad please do so but I would strongly advise leaving your money in your pocket until this shakes out. Let's hope Barry is a fighter and can turn this around but best to watch this one from the grandstands.

Barry - I can't help but pull for you and I really hope you come through man. I want to shake your hand one day and laugh about all this. I am almost more disgusted with how some of the players respond than anything else. Anyway I appreciate you can understand our position on this. I will be the first to trumpet the good news as well whenever it is justified. Many books have hit bumps in the road who are still in business today and are now stronger than ever. A little trouble surely doesn't mean you can't pull out of it so don't give up yet. Best of luck Barry, we are all pulling for you.

I requested a neteller payout for $1K 2-3 days ago and was paid the next day!
Have another payout via FedEx for $1100. Should get it next monday, Barry emailed me yesterday to confirm my home address and Im waiting for the tracking number. I have been playing there for 5 months and so far no problems!

Mr. Clark - I hope you are successful, without question. In raising concerns today based on what other reputable posters have reported, it was certainly not my intention to make your job more difficult. No one wants to see a book have problems.

And your kind words in response to those posting in this topic are good to hear. However, in your replies, you have not specifically addressed the problem of the slow and half-pays. This is not a question of whether you were earning respect here - no one thinks ill of you - and with D2bets's statement and with the others together, for me it's no longer a question of whether they have been occurring as described - the question is, are you going to address this issue so the problems stop in a timely manner?

Making yourself available and answering the concerns is a step in the right direction. Can you give us a legitimate answer as to why you cannot process a neteller withdrawal on time for the right amount? If you were inclined you could discuss the reserve funds of your company. These are the things one wants to know even though it is nice that you will try hard.

I don't even think you play there now but even if you do have money invested let's still try to keep this at a mature level. If he wants to make a credible run at this it is best if you stayed completely out of it. Do you really believe anyone who has been around a while didn't see right through you Sick? Should I dig up the last time you went this way for our readers? Your story is a a joke today too just like it was the last time. This time the claim is you had no idea of any trouble at all but just coincidentally out of the blue made a very flattering post about the book? Right-o Sick. Then the story continues that hours later when you heard of the slow pays you immediately asked people to be careful. LOL. That Sick Gambler just can't do enough for others. Probably just a coincidence that others stepped up and reported what they knew in between your sunshine and lollipops post. You were stuck as you couldn't conceal the problems then when credible people started coming forward. You are on a payment plan at the book and you thought the absolute best move for you was to make the book sound good and hope others would post up this week-end. If enough sheep did that then you would have improved your chances to get paid. That's exactly what you were doing until it was obvious that wouldn't fly. You aren't the first one to do it and I would bet won't be the last but why bother even trying to deny it. Same thing you did to get out of NAB last year. Then after they went busted with everyone's money claimed you were "only joking" about how good they were. Knock it off, you want to make something personal out of it and I just want to try and assist the players as much as we can. These forums are used way too much for bullshit agendas like that and when it's this obvious we need to point them out. If SBT comes through you can gloat all you want, we need some good news in this industry. I am not posting this so I can gloat later, that is the last thing in the world I am worried about. If this book were stiff artists, why would they have paid me the 1 dime today? Wouldn't a book just not pay if they were going to stiff. Why even send the 1k? And why have they paid out over 10k today and 35k this week, from what I have heard from posters.. Use your head McIrish!!

And I'll say it again, I did NOT tell anyone to go and send them any funds. Just letting all know that they are not going anywhere, and are paying.

With all do respect.. Who do you think you are? I havent gloated one bit. I'm asking questions that need to be asked and people want to know. But since you mentioned it my post is the reason some people know the status of this operation including how ever many lurkerswe have. I take it personally when a shop is functioning in the know that they may end up stealing from others without the proper reserve funds.
Maybe its not a good time for this for who? For the people waiting for some more suckers to post up so that money can go to them? People came in here praising them and this thread was on its way out.
You being a mod, like it or not affiliates you with a site that has recommended some unhealthy ventures as of lately. I'm not finding fault in where these companies get their engines from as I know how the game is played but I expect the courtesy of free speech and the ability to be my own seperate entity on a forum that you are gracious enough to let me be apart of.

BTW, maybe I didnt post everything I was told. And Trivia just hung up on me when I was on hold.

Sick - was never in question if they were going to try and stay in business. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Nor it was ever questioned if you got the 1k today. Nice try at deflecting the real issue. The players who have money there and other interested parties were just trying to find out some information. Nice to know what is going on when you have money at stake so you have an idea what you are up against. Don't you agree? After your sunshine and lollipops post some players started really reporting on what their situation was instead of nickel lines and free 1/2 points that you were coincidentally focused on earlier. I know you knew exactly where you stood today before you first post at 4AM. You are getting small payments as you go along so anytime you can nurture the book along you will do it. Of course you are denying it but we both know better Sick. I was going to try to ignore it until you posted your little warning to players a little later. LOL. That concerned Sick Gambler trick just is too much to handle. Anyway let's hope for a happy ending.
