I sent out news that he's questionable for Navy game (likely out for season from what I've heard but I'm waiting on that).

Anyway, I sent out the critical notice to our customers. Maybe 2-3 books took down the line, a few others went from +17 to +16.5, most didn't budge because they are stuck in their old timey ways. The landscape has changed but many sportsbooks won't adjust odds based on our updates alone which is great for our customers.

It took Pinnacle 8 minutes before they did anything. CRIS waited 6 minutes after we sent out info to change their odds. 5Dimes had a stale line for 8 minutes!!

Fast forward 5 minutes... I put it on our SportsOptions Twitter account (https://twitter.com/sportsoptions) just to be nice to our followers on there. I throw some bones out for free whenever I can.

At this point I'd say half the books had moved to +16.5, another quarter had taken lines dow.

5 minutes after that our competitors FINALLY got around to noticing that a Heisman Trophy contender may be injured. They sent it out almost 10 full minutes after news broke.

MOST BOOKS HAD TAKEN DOWN ODDS BY THEN!!!!

Basically if you are paying anyone but SportsOptions you are leaving money on the table. If anyone wants a free trial (and hasn't had one in the past) email me at jaket@sportsoptions.com. I have some RX-only signup offers for new customers that could save you some money.

We're the best and I'd love to prove it to you.

Also just so this isn't a big humblebrag thread by me, here's some more useful info...

Miss State lost projected starting LT for the year. Robinson tore ACL.

South Carolina lost projected starting LG Mike Matulis for season. Their O line is so stacked it's not a minor hit though.

We broke the Notre Dame suspensions. Broke Braxton Miller news. First 2 of many this season. Fast info is money and we're so far ahead of everyone else it's not funny.

laughable

Agreed. I sit here all day watching both and feel bad for people who pay more for inferior service... Some people just don't like change I guess.

Being the 1st to the playground does not mean you are the only one who knows the playground exists. I was on both long before you had a clue.

Good try though

I didn't think you were permitted to "tout" on this site. Hmmmmm. So let me make sure I understand you Jake, if you go to GoSooners Big 12 preseason thread, you'll see on 8/15 I posted where Joe Mixon, OU's top RB recruit, was gonna be suspended for the season. BUT, it wasn't official till this past Monday, 8/18. You're telling me I should be selling this kind of info instead of sharing it with the wonderful folds at the RxForum??? Funny.

If the mods would be so kind as to change "folds" to "folks" above, would appreciate it. Erace this post while you're at it. I'm still trying to re-learn nav'ing the site after a hiatus of the worse kind, but rest assured, I intend to contribute to the well-being of all here. TIA.
