Played a 3 team open parlay last night, had Angels (winner) an open slot, and the Diamondbacks which was suspended cause of snow but up 5-4

My book marked this a loss, is that correct? Shouldn't it at least be a push on the Zona game? :think2:

The last full inning completed saw the reds up 4-3. That is the grade of wager. It is Arizona loss

MLB...I learned something today.I assumed since u need 5 innings for an official game (for 9)...since nothings official for team w or l...how do u lose bet??...if it was an inning or after 3 and that was complete that makes sense. What inning did they complete??

A suspended game should be no action and the bets squashed. A 3 teamer goes to a 2 teamer.

Many books, perhaps the vast majority, grade suspended games based on the score of the last completed inning. The most famous of this circumstance is from game 5 of the 2008 World Series (Phillies/Rays). Phillies led 2-1 after 5 innings. Rays scored a run in the top of the 6th while the bad weather moved in to make it 2-2. Game was eventually suspended before the bottom of the 6th. Wagers were graded as 2-1 win for the Phillies by most books.
