I have been a customer of Vwager for about 2 months now. I want to make a withdrawal from my account. There is not a way to do it from ther website, so I sent them an Email about 3 days ago--NO RESPONSE. Sent them another one two days ago - STILL NO RESPONSE. Initially, I just wanted to withdrawal a portion of my winnings and had some questions on methods, fees etc and how to place the request. Now, I think I will take everything out.

Yes, I know I could just call them up...but this is not the point. They should be responsive when a customer sends Email. When I sent Email regarding opening up an account here, they were all over it. Now, when I want to collect my winnings, I get the cold shoulder.

Just my $0.02

Some books do a great job answering emails, however I am finding more and more to be poor in this customer service area.

So bad in fact, I have had to add more free monthly miniutes to my cell phone.:neenee:

The best CS via e-mail I have seen is at "Bet and Win" from Austria, its literally takes seconds for them to respond......Bet365 is very quick, too. Will at Hollywood was great about e-mails, too...as I'm sure BJ is but I haven't had a need to contact them lately.

Not great. No way to request withdrawal on-line. Lack of customre support by e mail. Now, I will have to call and will have no written record. So...I will have to "manage" my cash out and hope that it goes through without a hitch. Will seriously consider moving my money elsewhere.

Probably a good idea.....if I remember correctly didn't these guys offer a free $10 parlay if you signed up.....they stopped that fairly quickly.

My 2 cents worth is this....Get your money in a regulated book....the UK has been regulating gambling for a long, long time...if the US says "no more" I'm sure a regulated UK book will hold your money until you figure it out.

My default is an old college friend in Vancouver, BC.

When I signed up for an account in 1999 they actually called me because they couldn't find my address in a UPS book...this is how they checked on there free parlay offer...

Threr are way better and safer books out there.

I have always liked V Wager but agree writing them an email is 100% pointless, they WILL NOT respond...
