So basically a pick em game. Andrew Luck out for the 183rd consecutive week. Coming off an extremely bad loss at Jacksonville ( who gives up 50 points in a game much less to crap team). Colts open the playoffs today with a win, then a 2 week bye until the Chiefs come to town. Chief fans may remember your last visit. Chiefs refuse to win playoff games. Haven't won one since the 1st Bush was in the White House.

How freakin sad. Both those teams suck.

Since they split, if they end up with same sad ass record of 8-8, who gets the tiebreaker?

Charlie Whitehurst and Brandon Weeden. Both were out of the NFL a month ago. Least Luck can completely heal now.

That is 3 straight weeks of horrendous play. Get blown out at Pitt, get blown out at Jacksonville allowing them to put up 50 which even in today's NFL seems to happen in only a handful of games a season and then at home with the division on the line can't score more than 10 points. Teams combined to throw for 290 yards. Andre Johnson hasn't done jack shit all year. Lose to Brandon freakin Weeden

If the Texans win in Indianapolis
Week 15: If the Texans win in Indianapolis, they'll clear their most difficult hurdle. They are 0-13 there all time and already started talking about that in the locker room after their loss to the Patriots. Worst-case scenario for the Texans would be for the Jaguars to win this week too. The Jaguars can get to 8-8 by winning all three of their remaining games. This week they play the Atlanta Falcons.

Week 16: The Texans only need one more win after beating Indianapolis to secure the division. If they lose to the Titans this week, their next game will essentially be a play-in game. If the Texans beat the Colts and then beat the Titans in Week 16, they will win the division according to the playoff machine. The Colts, Texans and Jaguars all could finish 8-8 in this scenario with the Texans winning the tie-breaker. A three-team tie-breaker first considers which team has the best record among the three, then the winning percentages within the division, winning percentage in common games and winning percentage in conference games in that order.

Week 17: If the Texans lost in Week 16 after beating the Colts, this becomes a play-in game for the Texans against the Jaguars. Win and they're in, no matter what the Colts do. If the Colts win both their Week 16 and Week 17 games after losing to the Texans, the teams finish with 8-8 records and the Texans have the tie-breaker.

Looks like Houston only has to win 1 out of 2 games to secure the division.

Only way Colts get in is beat Dolphins and Titans and Houston lose to Titans and Jags. Probably 10% of this happening. Be better off to go 6-10 and get a top 10 pick. This happened in Manning's 4th year and ended up with Dwight Freeny.

What a sad game that was. Lose at home to the Texans who they never lost too at home, on top of that to their 3rd string quarterback who was basically out of football just a month ago, and then only score 10 points. That is the trifecta to a shit game. And Hasselback looks like he is about to keel over and die out there. Even in his prime, he wasn't exactly that great.

Hasselback not great but with Luck having a bad year , Colts at 6-8 , probably the best they could have done....To bad Luck wasn't around for 16 games, a top 5 pick in May would have been a lock

It's nice to have an Rx member be the only one on the entire planet that thinks this. Odds of that are astronomical.
