1st...wait 10 months then you can call this video The collapse of (insert name here).
2nd...who would open a company to make home loans then give someone making 50K a loan for 500K? Right nobody.. So y would they do it? Obviously because they were FORCED to....In fact the POTUS boasts of working on 1 of the very 1st cases where ACORN protested and tried to shut down banks that REFUSED to make BAD loans...
The point was stated in the video....What can be done to bring Vegas back to where it was....And being the ignorant fools they are they suggest drastic govt CHANGE....dum pieces of shit think that govts role in their life is to fix them a bottle everytime they cry....that they should make STUPID things RIGHT.....
United States is full of so many stupid morons who think the govt can make their dreams come true......they deserve whats coming..
The constable /law gives notice to the OWNER...these people are renters..If they tell the renters we will come back tomorrow what kind of shape would that house be in tomorrow? burnt to the ground most likely.
Again these people are RENTERS, they have legal action they can take against the OWNERS....They should have known what they were renting before they signed the damn papers..
In Louisiana once the constable knocks on the door and hands the renter the court order that renter cant even grab a coat...he is trespassing from that moment on and is removed immediatley.. The owner must supply the labor to move all the renters belongings to the curb while the constable stands watch. If the renter so much as steps in the yard from the sidewalk he can be booked with trespassing and remaining after being forbidden...
Add to this problem is that the Bush Administration had programs to help people with their down payments and also help with making their payments.
Yeah, blame everything on Bush, you moron. How about blaming the wackjob liberals in congress, i.e., Chris Dodd, who wanted to make sure through his buddies in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that every dumb ass who shouldn't have a home mortgage had one.
