Video below, the Final Round in it's "entirety" as that would be if you were watching it on TV in 1986 at least...this is the actual broadcast.

An excellent investment to watch because of the History made in this final round, 29 years ago, many Legends of Golf battling it out that day...a very young Bernhard Langer along with other names you'll know.

Main reason to watch (and best to do so knowing as little about the eventual outcome as possible...pretend you're watching it unfold LIVE) is the eventual manner of victory in what is now commonly referred to as The Greatest Major (Victory) in Golf History.

Grab a beer or a bottle of tequila and settle in. If you remember the outcome, forget as best you can. If you don't know what happened don't Google under any circumstances and beware of Spoilers if there are replies below...don't read 'em 'til after you've watched. Just watch it.

If you're a Golf fan or if you just pay attention to the Major Tourneys and especially if you're under 40 years old this...if not "mandatory viewing" this would be as close to that as it gets.

From the perspective of grasping the history of Augusta (and history of the game on a whole) & exceptional (and completely unexpected, totally predicted by the vast majority of golf experts then to have NO CHANCE TO OCCUR, like, impossible) athletic achievements....and Masters Golf Tournament outcomes.

Pretty cool. I started with 6/13 and watched at 1.5x speed.

Serious tension down the stretch.

Good Strategy, I was afraid something like this would happen re: we're no longer "conditioned" (grouply trained, as a species) and/or able "nowadays" to invest the time it'd require to watch this whole thing.

But I didn't know YT vids could be watched at increased speed. Musta been like Ancient Masters On Crank.

Weak Low Quality Crank.

If any more replies come people should say how old they were, where they were and what they were doing on the day of this last Round of The 1986 Masters....Sunday April 13, 1986 1:15 pm to 4:24pm (Eastern Standard Time).

For most of us here it'll be as simple as remembering what jail we were in of course but maybe a couple of guys were between stints so out or some were juveniles or maybe even not yet born.

Jack's playing partner on that day went on to win his own Green Jacket 2 years later & Jack made his first Hole-In-One at Augusta in the Par3 Tournament this year, 2015.

espnclassic has that 86' final round they show time to time but its obviously cut and show the leaders and their shots. its 1hr i believe, its really really good bc you get feel for it without dealing with all the other noise. ive watched it a few times, it gives you goosebumps if your a golf fan

Yeah, naturally I considered posting that one...started watching it and its OK but then I thought "What would it be like to be able to see it as it was seen from a couch in '86?" It does take a great deal of commitment, discipline to watch the whole thing. And because FOR SOME REASON Seve's 100 foot chip eagle mid-round which was followed by his playing partner eagle-ing from around 30 feet or so ARE BOTH NOT SHOWN....MotorMouth's strategy is a good one.. really not much point in watching the first half, just jump in Part 6 or maybe even later.
