Any newer purchases lately?

Although sports games would be #1 on my list as most of you here, I'm thinking of giving Area 51 a shot......

I love Extraterrestrial stuff.........

Man I really want to play that. It looks good from the pics and it got great reviews.


I'm pretty absorbed in GT4 at the moment. I got my mini PS2 running the 24 hour race so I can get the F1. As long as I don't trip over the power cord I should have it.

I try to drive, but the computer is so much better at it than me. I am almost at hour 24 I just want to drive this damn thing (the F1).


This is the best racing game ever made for sure. I can't get over how real the physics are, along with everything else. I wish I had the steering wheel, but I'm not going to blow 110 bucks so I can play 1 game.

I got digital devil saga in the mail today which is supposed to be one of those scary games and you know we like those Mr.Hache

not sure if you have the online adaptor...but the ONLY game ive been playin for years is SOCOM 1 and 2

splinter cell is really cool,area 51 is good not as good as splinter cell or advertised but definately a better game to play.also if your into racing games get the midnight club dub city thats a nice racing game.

I will definatly play this. everything Rockstar makes is the best, becuase they are the best. After all, they made San Andreas!!

To be honest Rob, after the first Grand Theft Auto I sort of tired from it and only tried the second one after that. Maybe I didn't give them long enough of a chance, I dunno.

Right now I'm considering one of 3........

Resident Evil Outbreak 2
Star Wars Episode 3 (Played Jedi Masters 2 and love the gameplay and control)

hache I played the first two and I thought they sucked compared to san andreas


out of those 3 man I have no Idea. Resident Evil got bad reviews I thought. It's not fair that Resident Evil 4 is on Game Cube but not PS2. RE4 is supposed to be like one of the 10 best games ever made

Actually, I wanted to try worlds of warcraft and Halflife 2

no everquest for me though, I think that would give rob a bad image if someone catches him playing that :drink:

Lot of good pc stuff out there. I have played half life 2 but I dont think it's that great. World of Warcraft and Everquest are very similar and addicting as hell. A couple good multiplayer games that are less time consuming...Battlefield Vietnam and Battlefield 1942. Some good single player..Farcry and Return to Castle Wolfenstein (A little older).

For those who like WW2 games, I highly recommend Call of Duty.

I thought brothers in arms was the best WW2 game


It sucks on the ps2 though, so I saw everyone at IGN so happy to play it thats becuase they were all playing it on xbox and PC which both scored 2.5 points higher in the reviews

I think it lasted in my console for about 15 minutes. its too bad, I was looking for a virtual edumaction on WW2 expierences

I will give call of duty a shot, I'll toss it in queue sometime along with all the other stuff they won't send me

haha what about plain nes baseball where all the players had the same attributes just different jersey colors and the crowd turned colors when u hit the home run..lol ahhhhhhh the good ole 8 bit days.

For those who like WW2 games, I highly recommend Call of Duty.

I always buy the Medal Of Honor games for the Playstation 2.......

Already got rid of it, but the last one they made, with the opening with you on the beach is awesome.........

I've heard a lot of things about Half Life 2. So it's not that good?
Heard it has some crazy parts throughout the game.

Have you played Battle For Middle Earth by chance?
Or the newest Everquest?
