This is THE game guys.

And, I see a mix of the first and second game occuring.

Lakers defense....suns offense coming up short....lakers rallying the last minute, suns rallying last minute...keeping the game tied.... Overtime....

Etc.

So, the strongest play here is definitely

Over 207 Very, Very strong play. $$$

And, I got the Lakers at +6 Very strong play.

The winner of this game should win by maybe 1 or 2 points. I'd hate to see my boys loose, but, Kobe needs to realize that when the pressure is on, Walton, Vujacic, Odom, Parker, Cook, they can slam in the 3s. Especially Vujacic and Walton. If only I was the lakers coach...lol.

The only thing the suns have on the lakers, which is VERY appearant, is that nash knows who to give the ball, and at the right time....who can slam the 3s in under the pressure. Kobe can do it...but, he has to realize, that no matter how good you are....doing something over and over and over...is dipping into your "unaccurate" times. It's basic mathematical science. Take this figure...say, kobe can shoot with 80% accuracy. Which is very good. But, what about the 20% of the time he's going to miss? He needs to give the ball to other players during that time...otherwise it will cost the lakers ALOT of points, they can EASILY put in, if he'd just pass the ball more "under pressure". Nobody knows when that "20%" of the time will happen, which is why ....all you have to do is pass the ball. The lakers have the skills, the early "kill 'em" game plan, which MORE than obvious works on this "weak" suns defense,...Kobe just falls off the game plan when the pressure comes on, and feels he needs to try and dominate.

If he just stops that, the lakers will be unstoppable. Seriously.

Either way...

Good luck to all of us! This will be an EXCITING game...and I will OVERLY enjoy it, WIN OR LOOSE!

i dont like the total, either way here. but dont you feel both teams will come out tight, and more conservative, because of the pressure of this game. this will affect the lakers, moreso than the suns. and if you like the lakers, their best chance of winning would be to slow down the game, which would point to the under. and if i am not mistaken, game 7 home teams dominate in this situation. good luck on your plays, but i feel the suns are the play, and in a blowout, which could theortetically help the game could go over. however, i dont usually play totals, but again, good luck on your play.

I completely disagree. First, u never know when that 20% of the time will occur and the point is that kobe is more likely to make a shot than any of the other lakers. Passing is for when he is being double teamed, to give someone an easy open shot. However, if everyone is being guarded it is much better to leave the ball in Kobe's hands. The fact is at the end of last gane the Lakers were up by one after kobe hit that crazy 3, and were on their way to victory the way kobe was shooting. However, if u notice the next 3 lakers possesions Kobe passed away the ball, and everytime the lakers ended up getting 0 points. If Kobe had kept the ball during all of thos posessions in the last minutes of the game, the lakers would have likely won an easy victory.

Well..

Knowing when that 20% of the time will occur is like predicting the future. lol

Unfortunately, most humans cannot accurately predict the future, but, experience helps increase that accuracy no doubt. Kobe can score, ridiculously, but, he's still human. He's not a machine. So, emotions, pressure, heat, fatigue, all of these things will effect him....and, he's too arrogant to realize that. lol. I will never dislike him for that...I understand, ....being that good can make you become arrogant...but still....he just needs to realize, that, there are magnificent scorers on his team, that can deal with more pressure than he can.

If he notices just a "hint" of that, during this game, the lakers can win.

About my total faith in the Over play...well...No play is a guaranteed winner...although I feel VERY strong about that play...simply because those other matchups going under between these two were just flukes. These two teams will come out in this game and PLAY. There is no room for conservative. This is the THE last game for either team this year. They want to slam every possible shot, and slam every possible 3.

Another thing, I'm really good at "calling" totals...I'm about 71% with the totals this season. :) So, I have faith in my total picks. But ofcourse, I can still be wrong THIS game.

Either way, good luck to all of us! And like I said, this is going to be a GOOD game! I'm going to get together the fellas, the food, the drinks, and ofcourse, the wife, and ENJOY this game!

Thanks Duke!

I felt strong enough about that over play, that I could have done some crazy shit and went ALL in on that over play! lol. But, experience and discipline made me use money management, and kept me from doing something crazy.

Still made a big bundle on the over....even though I was PISSED my boys went out so bad. Kobe just couldn't RESIST! He just HAD to keep scoring, instead of sticking to the TEAM gameplan. He just wont UNDERSTAND that their are GREAT players on his team...besides him. lol

Oh well, I still enjoyed the HELL out of that game! Better luck next year lakers!
