I don't care about inner city crime too much either. If they wanna smoke each other for sport then have at it. Areas will be defunded similar to the late 60's as businesses and productive individuals will flee. It is ironic that whenever there is mass social unrest for more justice, crime/murder tend to increase in these areas (The late 60's, 2014, right now)....They don't know how to take a W.

There could still be a lot of looting from this case - the two lower charges are part of the 2nd degree murder conviction - so the sentencing will stem from the 2nd degree murder conviction - first time offenders get about 12 years - they do about 65% - so he could actually only be in prison 7 years - the prosecution is going to argue a lot of aggravating circumstances exist and push for a harsher sentence - who knows - but very unlikely this guy is in jail more than 10 years

I'm not so sure about that. It's been clear for awhile now that public pressure from the media, Dem government officials, and the far left mob have influenced this case. So it's not a reach to predict those forces may influence the sentencing IMO.

If he doesn't serve 10 years, I'd guess it's because he turns up dead in prison. Either by his own doing or someone else's.
