For playing the table games; Craps, BJ, Roulette, etc. : Are both places about the same for action to be comped a room?

Is there any rough guide on how much action is required or is it just up to the individual pit boss or supervisor or whoever has the "magic pen"?

Probably Vegas - or at least used to be

A/C would rather try and take away red meat from a shark than Comp anyone

More than 50 people have viewed this thread with 1 reply....I worded my question to be very specific.... So I guess these folks have no idea...they knew the question.
Thanks winky..

It wasn't moved Panther....I put it in the RR ...so I could find it in case Mr. Wil decided it didn't fit the "Offshore".

Thanks for the info.
I thought that I'd heard somewhere number of hours play was a factor.

I guess that's a guide . But let's compare 2 players.
Player A. plays blackjack for $100 a hand Mon-Thurs. (2 hours each day)
Player B. plays craps for $25. (pass/don't pass) same days (8 hours a day).

Would player A get comped a room before player B during the week?

FROM 1ST HAND

MOST PLACES IF YOU PLAY BJ $40 A HAND TIMES 50 HAND A HOUR AVG. IS $2,000 PLAYED PER HOUR TIMES 4 HOURS A DAY=$8,000 PLAYED WILL GIVE YOU A FREE ROOM.....A MEAL AND A SHOW(SMALL ONE LESS THAN $25)

I AVG $100 A HAND TIMES 50 HANDS=$5,000 AN HOUR PLAYED ...TIMES 4 HOUR =$20,000 FOR ONE DAY PLAY

MOST CASINO WILL GIVE YOU FREE UP-GRADE ROOM...ANY MEAL PLACE IN THE CASINO...THE BEST SHOW(I SAW CELINE DION)...AND IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE AT THE ONE YOU PLAYED AT..
ALSO BACK RUBS....ROOM SERVICE.... PHONE CALL SO-ON .ANYTHING BUT "TIPS THAT YOU GIVE"

LAST TRIP I STAY FOR 7 DAY IN LV I PLAYED ONLY 4 HOUR A DAY SOME TIME 5......AND ONLY PAYED FOR AIR AND TIPS....

I'M LEVEL 4 COMP

YOU NEED A PLAYERS CARD

TO BE RATED....YOU HAVE TO BET $10 A HAND AT MOST PLACES
THAT MY FRIEND WILL ONLY GIVE YOU A FREE MEAL IF YOU ARE LUCKIE FOR 4 HOURS PLAY

How about during the Winter season in Atlantic City, would that still be true Panther?

Vegas...I'm guessing is not as affected by the Winter-Summer changes as AC. But I don't know.

in the summer my host tells me Iam killing him when I call on thurs for a room the weekend

in the winter I can call on fri and tell him Iam on my way no problem

in the winter It would be easier to get a room and get casino rate on the weekend

with all the people that come in from dc, newyork, and philly, ect.. they stay full most of the time on weekends

I play at taj and park place
