I agree, pound it on oregon St. New mexico just like I thought will not be able to take care of the big three. And even if they did, that opens up Hass and the TE. NM will have to pass and their history is that when they have to do this, they lose. They only win if the take control of the game from start to finish. If not , this happens. I see two interceptions for Oregon St. as they key up on kelleys release and timing. GL

No! New Mexico has no ability to score in this game. Oregon State will continue to play their offense until the lead is even larger. Then they will run but Jackson has already worn down the defense and could do more damage.

Nick to answer your question also. The pac 10 does not play ball control. Only Big 10 and big 12 do those things because their offenses are power offenses which run first and throw second. Pac 10 run and pass plays are equal. But they are known as a passing conference. imo

It's possible but could be close. Expect Oregon State to continue to score. If New Mexico puts up just one TD, it will probably send the total Over 23.5. Careful!

Well, I took the Beavers at the last second (and the over) and am playing them again in the 2nd half. Never knew this one would be so easy. My teaser is already taken care of.

I was on Oreg St., and will play again on them second half and the over 23.

I think Oreg keeps playing. NM will play for TD and 2point conv, no FGs which means no scoring. Oreg st. can score even if they decide to run clock.

All that drinking will catch up with NM ; )

Oreg State will play out at least the 3rd and 1/2 the 4th, and that will be more than enough.

I felt this game would be a dd win for Oregon st. This is just from the old trend of betting on the pac 10 team who is underdog to a wac team of less than 10 pts. Now I know that NM is from the MWC, but they were from the WAC, and that conference plays the same type of ball just like they did when they were in the Wac, really nothing has changed. Oh wait, BYU is now the bottom feeder.

falco its not greed, its called maximizing the opportunity. Have you ever heard the saying , Opportunities are never lost, they are just given to the person who takes advantage of it.

Falco

Writing this as the 4th quarter just underway.
Agree with Co-Captain that it's not about greed. There are times when playing a 2H play is strongly warranted and this was one of those situation. The reason is because the game was unfolding as a complete mismatch. The Oregon State defensive speed had completely stopped the run and was only slightly vulnerable to the pass. New Mexico struggled just to get a first down. Meanwhile, the Oregon State offense was fully untracked. The New Mexico defense could not stop either Jackson or the aerial assault. There was tremendous value with Oregon State as a pick.
Just wanted to provide my reasoning for being so strong in my response to Nick. These are the type of situations that I look for. Food for thought in the future.
