Vacation Help in CR

I know this is early but, looking for some ideas and or help for my first vacation to CR

I'm thinking of 3 weeks between Late Nov. /09 - early March /10 (Week before and after Xmas are out, wife cant get time off)

Two couples (maybe 1 kid)

Looking to rent a oceanfront house, with a back up plan if the other couple backs out to find a nice mom & pop place or last choice All Incl. Resort
My buddy likes doing the deep sea fishing thing, and I like Golf

Area to go, weather, best fishing, nice golf area/course, :think2:
