After seeing the big 12s piss poor performance in bowls and texas barely squeeking by ohio state, I would have to say a big no to them. However, Utah and USC both deserved a chance.

what it proves is that we should have had a playoff all along to prove who is #1. Texas, USC, Utah, Florida...all had a legit claim. Only Florida and Oklahoma were given the opportunity to prove it

and once again, Oklahoma falls short in a big game.

Ummm. Did they have their all star lineman blocking in the Utah game like they did against Florida or did they rearrange their whole line and have an injury to boot which would make running the ball slightly different than it was during the year.
