Any reason not to like Utah here?

Utah(road 8-15) is not a good road team and Portland(home 17-5) is a very good home team but are we really expecting a blowout here? Shouldn't we expect Utah to keep it close a large percentage of the time. Portland is the clear favorite in the game but by 9.5 points?

Any ideas why this spread is so large?

tough spot for utah here...in fact many team had been caught on tought spots going to portland ...either b2b ..either terrible on the road...either loosing streaks..and you see what happened ..blazers can deff win dd at home, only clev survived and defeated them, and a thing i learned is to go against spreads that look too good to be true...see nets last night everything pointed for a cover but they got blown out by atlanta.

It's a really tough call IMO...I think its safe to say Portland will win I just think 10 points is a lot to cover...

Yeah I was on New Jersey as well. I hear what you're saying about those too good to be true lines but it seems like they come through just as often as they don't. I think it may be a bit of selective memory because we tend to bet them bigger so when they don't hit we remember that loss more. I've got one unit on Utah +9.5. I've decided to just use my head and bet what seems like the right side of these situations and see how I average out after a significant amount of games. Good luck to all making a wager. :toast:
