Stupidity by Arizona kept them out of the endzone. Would have been first and goal from the 1 but they get one of the stupidest personal foul plays I have ever seen then only get a field goal. That will end up costing them. The guy already had the first down and the stupid ass Arizona players kept flying into the pile. How fucking stupid.
Didn't see much of the 1st qtr due to MN Wild game and post game show on FSN North. Is Arizona's D looking good or was USC f-ing up? USC looking good on this drive now.

A fumble could happen on the next play. Many things. I have seen it happen more times than I can count that something happens on the goaline and a team doesn't score or ends up with a field goal. In fact, in this very game Arizona committed a completely ridiculous personal foul on the one yard line that pushed them back and caused them to kick a field goal.
Petros Papadakis is saying exactly what I was thinking. Arizona doesn't need those long passes on 1st down. It puts them in a difficult position to convert on the other 2 downs.
I understand the need to stretch out the field but I feel you do that on downs where the yardage is shorter.
Not sure about that. It really should be 10-7 right now (dumb personal foul on the one yard line caused a FG instead of a TD). Yardage is about even. I haven't seen much from either one of them to make me think either way for the second half.
USC will end up covering to end the greatest day of square betting ever. The squares are dancing in the streets until tomorrow when they lose their ass like they do each and every sunday.
