Have to take USC or nothing for 2nd half here... Possibly large...

Under might be good also as Penn St wont get anything, USC shuts teams down in the 2nd half....

I may like a 3Q bet on the Trojans more than 2H. They may coast at the tail end of the game, but I feel pretty certain they won't start doing that in the third.
