that ive been on for a short while but its going to completely change my body.... i had gotten a touch too heavy again (240 lbs)........
1. work 1 bodypart daily
2. cardio from 30-90 min daily
3. stay under 50 grams carbs daily
4. stay over 180 grams protein daily
those 4 things and take a day off when my body needs it........my weight has already dropped to 230 lbs....... a 10 lb loss in about 3 weeks........ my bench has went up a good bit, can now do 225 lbs almost 20 reps again..
once i get my wt to 215 lbs, im upping carbs to 75 daily and protein over 200....... changing nothing else.....
