Unfair Bias in Polls against Missouri

I couldn't believe my eyes yesterday when Missouri fell to 14th from 4th in the USA Today Poll and from 3rd to 10th in the AP. Missouri played a whale of a game in Seattle with a strong home court flavor for Gonzaga and could have easily won the game. Teams like Florida lose twice in one week to Louisville and Maryland and are still ahead of them in the polls. Are people who vote even pay attention to the games. There were other teams that lost who barely fell in the polls. This is bullshit and by the end of the season Missouri will make liars out of all of these people.

And in college bball this matters how? Who gives a crap where a team is ranked? This isn't fball where a bunch of self proclaimed know-it-alls and nerds who write computer programs decide who plays for the title. Mizzou will no doubt make the tourney. And if seeding is the problem I say you have to beat the best to be the best so who gives a crap about that either.

I agree chipmaker. Plus Kojak, this is an opportunity for you to maybe cash in on them as you maybe able to get a better number on them as the 14th ranked team, then you can get on them as the 4th. Think about it, we in this to make money right.

Exactly! I love to see teams rated lower then they should be. The only problem is the books see it too, sometimes.......just have to find the sweet spot.......

I agree that Missouri should be getting some favorable numbers now which it should make it easier for us to win with them. The complaint I was making is how everyyear Missouri is penalized in the polls more than others aka see UConn or KU who in my opinion had worse losses than Missouri. I hope the Tigers make everybody pay as the season goes on.
