Unable to change color quality on monitor

Color Quality is set on "lowest (4 bit) and it is stuck there.
Screen Resolution also stuck at 800 X 600

Tried right click
Properties
Setting
Thats where I see the Screen Resolution and color quality.
Both are set at the above settings and the slider on the screen resolution
wont slide. The drop down box on the color quality has only one option (4 bits).

My screen looks crappy.
Also reloaded drivers for my monitor with no success.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just got off of work, I'll check later to see if anyone has any suggestions.

Reinstalled video card driver and.....................it works.

Spent frustrating hours upon hours trying to fix it myself. Should have
came here first. The RX has the smartest computer wizards around.

You need to reinstall your video drivers.

To do this you need the disk. Checkout http://www.drivers.com

If you are not familiar with computers I would reccomend having an expert at a shop perform this operation for you.
