Sherk should grind out a decision win here because he just got superior wrestling IMO and has a better gas tank than Griffin who I think gassed in few fights and wasn't able to go for takedowns in the later rounds of his fights . Standing I think it's 50/50 but nobody going down here by KO anyway . Sherk will get more takedowns and just control Griffin on the ground for an unanimous decision win .

Big advantage for Franca on the feet but also on the ground he is no joke . Aurelio will try to keep top control while on the ground but his offense is not good enough to keep it there and once ref stands them up Franca will very likely punish him with his punches . I predict a TKO victory for Franca somewhere after the middle of the second round unless he manages to drop Aurelio earlier which wouldn't be a surprise either if France lands something solid having a big edge on their feet .
